If the delivered equipment does not match the description provided at the time of purchase or has significant defects that were not disclosed beforehand, you have the right to request a return. To allow us to review the matter promptly, please contact us within 30 business days of the delivery date.
Additionally, if the equipment is received in a condition that does not meet the quality standards advertised by our company, each case will be evaluated individually. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer either a refund of the purchase price or an exchange for a comparable piece of equipment, subject to availability.
If the return is approved following a technical inspection, a refund of the purchase price will be issued, excluding shipping charges and any other associated logistics or handling costs. Refunds are typically processed within 30 business days after the returned equipment has been received and inspected.
